I’m in Monterey, California, for a conference. Got rained out for skate sessions all weekend. Then tonight I went to the little skatepark here in Monterey, it it was closed for repairs!

So I enjoyed the sidewalks on the way back to the hotel, the way they were originally designed to be enjoyed.

Man, my camera lens has a gnarly dark spot. I just cleaned it. Hmmmm…might be time for a new camera.

It was recently reported to this crack reporter of things reportable, that OG B1er  Paul “2Dogs” Neumann is refusing to post on the new edition of www.bonelessone.com. Has 2Dogs lost his mind? Can he see, or is he blind?

Who knows.

And it does dare the question…who cares?

GOB here. Bob handed over the keys to the kingdom, so I’m checking it out. Don’t know what this will mean in the long run…but it could be fun.

This week, original B1 member Jim “atxjimatx” Richardson announced that he has accepted a new job, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Shares in all North Carolina skate shop stocks immediately shot up 120%, and shop owners placed massive orders in anticipation of the increased demand.

The picture below, taken and photoshopped by A2, shows Jim and Woody relaxing during a hot summer Texas ditch session. When I think back over the last few years, I can’t begin to calculate the time we’ve all spent in Woody’s place — sitting there — enjoying a session, a drink of water, and hanging with Jim. atxjimatx is ALWAYS up for a session or a cup of coffee. He’s always generous, letting us borrow skate equipment from his collection. And there’s just nothing like the look on a bunch of newschoolers faces the first time they see the Momentum-Machine that is Jim as he flows around a ditch. For many of them it’s the first time they’ve seen pure Flow.
